Our Cancellation Policy
Midtown Med Spa allows you to make changes or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to.
Cancellation with physician and registered nurse:
$250.00 for fillers, PRP, hyperhidrosis, hair care, and Belkyra
$100.00 for Botox, consultations, cryotherapy, and follow-up appointments
Cancellation with medical aestheticians
$50 for laser treatments and facials
Cool Contouring cancellations/no show
$100.00 per cycle scheduled
Consultation with medical aestheticians no show/cancellation
$50.00
