What is Brow and Lash Tinting?
Brow and Lash Tinting is a treatment to help you flaunt natural, full looking eyebrows and lashes. Both Brow and Lash Tinting are semi-permanent, safe treatments that help enhance the color of the hair around your eyes. With Brow Tinting, you can easily cover grey hairs or reduce the need to pencil in your eyebrows, while eyelash tinting darkens your lashes with your natural hair color to dramatically enhance your eyes, reducing the need for eyeliner and mascara.
With a Brow and Lash Tinting treatment from Midtown, you’ll be able to:
- Darken your look
- Make brow arches thicker
- Match brows with your new hair color
- Give your eyes a lash boost and remain mascara-free
- Make your lashes appear thicker, longer and fuller
How Does Brow and Lash Tinting Work?
Unlike brow shaping, Brow and Lash Tinting doesn’t take away your hair; instead, it uses a vegetable dye to enhance and shape your brows and lashes to bring a boosted length and a natural, feathery look. At Midtown, a Brow and Lash Tinting is a 30 minute experience that includes:
- A removal of eye and brow makeup (we recommend not wearing any eye makeup prior to your Brow and Lash appointment).
- The application of Vaseline around the eyebrows and your upper/lower eyelids (to protect your eyes from dye).
- A semi-permanent vegetable dye is applied to your brows and lashes to achieve the desired color.
- The eye area is cleaned with a gentle cleanser following the tinting process.
